Acupressure Points for Dark Circles

Tongziliao (GB1)
Tongziliao is an acupressure point which can help to improve blood circulation to the eye and relax eye strain. It is located in the lateral to outer canthus, in the depression on the lateral side of the orbit. Press it lightly with your forefinger and applying pressure using small circular motions.
Chengqi (ST1)
Chengqi, also known as Containing Tears, can be used to relieve redness, swelling, pain in the eye and eye twitching. It is located directly below the pupil of the eye, between the eyeball and the infraorbital ridge. Press it lightly with your forefinger and applying pressure using small circular motions.
Yintang (EXTRA 2/M-HN-3)
Yintang, also known as Hall of Impression, can help to relax eye strain. It is located between the inner edges of the eyebrows. Press it lightly with your forefinger and applying pressure using small circular motions. Then, start with your forefinger right above the bridge of the nose and stroke upward towards the forehead.
Taiyang (EXTRA 5/M-HN-9)
Taiyang, also known as Supreme Yang, can be used to relieve swelling and pain in the eye. It is located between the lateral end of the eyebrow and the outer canthus of the eye. Press it gently for about 1 minute or you can do circular motion with finger.
