Acupressure Points for Hair Loss

The following are the commonly used acupressure points to reduce hair loss that you can do on your own. Instead of pressing with your fingers, you can also use acupressure stick. Once you learn this simple self-care technique, you can use it anywhere and anytime.
Wangu (GB12)
Wangu, also known as Completion Bone, can be helpful to problems such as hair loss and headache. It is located in the zone at the anterior 1/3 of the skull. Use your thumb or forefinger and apply pressure or you can do circular motion with finger.
Taiyang (EXTRA 5/M-HN-9)
Taiyang, also known as Supreme Yang, can be used to calm the mind and reduce stress levels which help to reduce hair loss. It is located between the lateral end of the eyebrow and the outer canthus of the eye. Press it gently for about 1 minute or you can do circular motion with finger.
Fengchi (GB20)
Fengchi, also known as Wind Pool, can improve blood circulation in the neck and head. It is located behind your earlobe, toward the top of your neck and the base of your skull. Use your thumb or forefinger and apply pressure or you can do circular motion with finger.
Baihui (GV20)
Baihui, also known as Hundred Meeting, can improve blood circulation in the head and encourage hair growth. It is located at the top of the head. Press it gently for about 1 minute. Then, release your finger for about 30 seconds, and repeat the process for few times.
