Kunlun is an acupressure point which can reduce numbness and tingling in the feet. It is located in a depression midway between the tip of the lateral malleolus and the outer edge of the achilles tendon. Use your thumb or forefinger and apply pressure or you can do circular motion with finger.

Taichong (LR3)

Taichong is an acupressure point which can be used to relieve numbness and tingling in the feet. It is located on your foot about two finger widths above the place where the skin of your big toe and the next toe join. Use your thumb and apply pressure or you can do circular motion with thumb.
