Kunlun (BL60)

Kunlun can reduce numbness and tingling in the feet. It is located in a depression midway between the tip of the lateral malleolus and the outer edge of the achilles tendon. Use your thumb or forefinger and apply pressure or you can do circular motion with finger.

Taichong (LR3)

Taichong can be used to relieve numbness and tingling in the feet. It is located on your foot about two finger widths above the place where the skin of your big toe and the next toe join. Use your thumb and apply pressure or you can do circular motion with thumb. You may feel a little soreness. This procedure should have been repeated for the other foot.

Zusanli (ST36)

Zusanli can be used to relieve numbness and tingling in the feet and legs. It is located on the outer calf, about four finger widths under the knee bone. Use your thumb or forefinger and apply pressure. This procedure should have been repeated for the other foot.

Yongquan (KI1)

Yongquan can be used to relieve pain, swelling and numbness in the feet. It is located on the sole of the foot, between the second and third metatarsal bones, approximately one third of the distance between the base of the second toe and the heel, in a depression formed when the foot is plantar flexed.
