Chuan Xiong Bai Zhi Fish Head Soup
1 head of bighead carp
1 sprig spring onion (sectioned)
2 slices of ginger
6g Chuan Xiong
8g Xin Yi
10g Bai Zhi
1 tablespoon salt
6 cups of water
How to cook: Remove the fish gills and wash all ingredients. Bring water to a boil and add all ingredients, simmer for about 40 minutes and add salt for seasoning.
