Fu Ling Soup
Ingredients:
15g Fu Ling
15g Shan Yao
15g Yu Zhu
15g Long Yan Rou (dried longan)
10g Lian Zi
10g Qian Shi
300g lean pork
1 tablespoon salt
6 cups of water
How to cook: Wash all dried herbs and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes. Bring water to a boil and add all ingredients, simmer for 1 hour and add salt for seasoning.
