Ginseng Chicken Soup
1 ginseng root
1 small chicken
2 sprigs spring onion (sectioned)
3 slices of ginger
1 tablespoon salt
6 cups of water
How to cook: Wash all ingredients. Bring water to a boil and add all ingredients, simmer for about 2 hours and add salt for seasoning.
