Lotus Root Peanut Soup
Ingredients:
40g China raw peanuts
300g lotus root
300g pork ribs
6 Hong Zao
1 tablespoon salt
6 cups of water
How to cook: Wash all dried herbs and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes. Cut lotus root into slices. Bring water to a boil and add all ingredients, simmer for 2 hours and add salt for seasoning.
