Six Combination Soup
Ingredients:
75g Shan Yao
20g Yu Zhu
20g Lian Zi
20g Bai He
20g Qian Shi
20g Long Yan Rou (dried longan)
300g lean pork
1 tablespoon salt
6 cups of water
How to cook: Wash all dried herbs and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes. Bring water to a boil and add all ingredients, simmer for 1 hour and add salt for seasoning.
